The free preview

We build a working preview of your website or system at no cost, with no obligation to buy. You only pay once you've seen the preview and approved it - see The Process for how this works step by step.

Payment

Once you approve a preview, we'll email you a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you complete that payment. Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details.

Ongoing / subscription services

Some packages and add-ons include a recurring monthly charge (for example, hosting or ongoing support). These bill automatically each month from the date you first pay, until you cancel - just email us and we'll turn it off.

Changes and revisions

If a preview isn't quite right, tell us what needs changing and we'll rework it - no charge until you're happy to go ahead.

Cancellation

You can walk away at any point before paying with no cost or obligation. Once you've paid, get in touch and we'll sort out a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

What we're responsible for

We'll build your site or system to a professional standard and keep it running as agreed under any ongoing support you've paid for. We aren't liable for losses caused by third-party services we integrate with (for example Stripe, Calendly or your hosting provider) being unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
