What we collect
When you submit your details or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of your project - plus whichever package or services you've selected.
Why we collect it
To build your free preview, get in touch about it, and take payment if you decide to go ahead. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run this process: our database provider (Supabase), our email provider (Resend) for notifications and confirmations, our scheduling tool (Calendly) if you book a call, and Stripe if you go ahead with payment. Stripe handles all card details directly - we never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need to deliver your project and provide ongoing support, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time - just email contact@jwadigital.com.
